You have a nice website. Can anyone tell me what's happened to Vern Proper(?), a former Asst. Chief and used to live next door to the station? I'm not sure I have the name right, he's a distant relative of mine.

The current Chief and I are unaware of who lived there years ago at this time. We will check into this. Just to inform you now, there is no one by that name or close to it that is in our department or living beside it. Wish i could have been more help. Sorry.

Good Afternoon,

I was trying to locate the person that handles the updates to your website. I am very interested in finding out what the process would be for getting a link from our web resource added to your Fire Department's website.

Mesothelioma Web is one of the most comprehensive information sources on mesothelioma, a form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. As you may know, asbestos was used in construction of buildings for decades, and asbestos exposure remains a danger for firefighters and other first responders. Our section for firefighters and your community offers helpful information to protect and educate your team and your community members.

We hope you will make this information available to your team and community by linking to this special section at: http://www.mesotheliomaweb.org/firesection1.htm.

Thank you.
